We will provide you with complete information about B&P Property Group projects, such as details of the property and the unit, location maps, timing of turn over, and payment terms. If abroad, we will get in touch with you via Viber or Facebook on the same day.

 
 
 

2. PROPERTY VISIT

At your preferred schedule, we will give you (or your representative) a site tour so you can better appreciate the whole property, amenities, units, location, and nearby landmarks. During this site tour, we will also present to you our flexible payment schedules, any ongoing buyer promotions, and financing options.

 
 
 

3. PAY THE RESERVATION FEE AND FILL UP THE RESERVATION DOCUMENTS

After selecting your chosen unit, kindly pay the reservation fee. Our office will issue a receipt for the transaction and the property will be reserved under your name. Our office accepts checks, or you may also directly deposit your reservation fee to our corporate bank account.

Our sales representative will also secure the following:

• Filled up Buyer Information Sheet

• Signed Reservation Agreement

• Signed Payment Schedule

• Photocopy of your two (2) valid ID’s

 
 
 

4. SIGN THE CONTRACT TO SELL AND PAY THE 20% DOWNPAYMENT ACCORDING TO THE SIGNED PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Within 30 days of making the reservation, our sales representative will secure from you the following:

• Signed Contract to Sell

• Post-dated checks for the down payment according to the payment schedule

Our office will provide you:

• Your copy of the Contract to Sell signed by our corporate representative and duly notarized.

• An acknowledgement receipt for the post-dated checks received, and official receipts as each post-dated check clears every month. All official receipts will be sent by mail.

 
 
 

5. PAY THE BALANCE 80% VIA CASH OR BANK FINANCING

After settling the 20% down payment, the 80% balance will be due for payment. You can opt to pay this in cash or via bank financing. If you choose bank financing, we will readily assist you! We will connect you to our partner banks four (4) months before your 80% balance becomes due to give sufficient time for your loan application.

 
 
 

6. MOVE IN!

You can move in once you have fully paid your unit’s contract price, miscellaneous fees, and move-in fees.

7. SIGN THE DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Our sales representative will have you sign the Deed of Absolute Sale. Your notarized copy will be given once it is signed by our corporate representative and duly notarized.
